No. You buy the plaque once and it works for as long as your review page exists. There is nothing to renew, no account to log into and no app for your customers to install.
You don’t need to. When you order, type your business name and pick it from the list — we build the official Google review link for you. You can also paste it yourself from Google Business Profile (“Ask for reviews”), or leave it with us to find and confirm by email.
Yes. iPhone 7 and newer read NFC by holding the top edge of the phone near the plaque — no app needed. Older phones, and anyone who prefers it, scan the printed QR code instead.

The plaque is programmed to the link you give us at order time. If your listing changes, email us and we’ll tell you the quickest option — for a listing that has simply moved, a replacement is usually the cleanest fix.
