We take your security seriously. We’re fully PCI compliant and never store any of your card information. We also ask all customers to freeze their card before sending it to us. Prefer not to send your card? Choose our home production option and keep it with you the entire time.

Many chip types are compatible with contactless functionality on our custom metal bank cards.
We offer this feature wherever possible, but compatibility depends on the chip itself and can only be confirmed after we carefully remove and inspect it from your original card.

If the chip is found to be incompatible, you can:

1. Send an alternative card to try again (same compatibility conditions apply), or

2. Request a refund for the contactless upgrade.

Due to the custom nature of our cards, orders are non-refundable once production begins. However, if your card arrives damaged or incorrect, you can request a refund or replacement within 14 days. See our full policy for warranty and exceptions.

If the bank issues you a new bank or credit card then we will exchange the new chip in your existing metal card if you purchase SwipeInsure at checkout.

All of our cards are made using a laser engraving machine.

Yes! We encourage all customers to freeze their cards before postage. No personal details are stored by SwipeMetal. Your personal details are entered directly into the machine and engraved straight on to your card.

Yes, you can upload any photo or image and our in house designer will personally work with you to produce the card to your exact specifications. We also have pre loaded designs you in the custom card builder that you can add your own texts and images to.

If you lose your SwipeMetal card, we will exchange the new chip in your existing metal card if you purchase SwipeInsure at checkout.
